I've been here for 6 years and Household incomes average around $156,618 in Forest Hills. The median home value here is around $474,800, which is pretty steep. Homes are going for about $474,800 on average. Average temperature is around 47--F, so expect cold winters. It's a a smaller city city with about 28,494 people. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Am I wrong here? Any help is appreciated. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
