First post here. My family moved here when I was a kid. Household incomes average around $156,618 in Forest Hills. Poverty rate is 1.8%, which is pretty low. The suburbs are where most families end up. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
