Anyone else love living in Forest Park?

Been meaning to ask this. My family moved here when I was a kid. You can expect to pay around $1,101 for rent here. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What do you all think?

The food scene here is better than expected. Tons of great sushi places. I'm still on the fence after all this time.
