How are the schools in Forest Park?

Hey everyone, Homes are going for about $163,200 on average. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. What are your go-to spots? The weather takes some getting used to. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

My experience has been mostly positive. it's exactly what I was looking for. The only thing I'd watch out for is community vibe. Other than that, Definitely worth checking out..
