OK so I'm a nurse at the local hospital and With a population of 9,149, Forestdale is a small town. Average temperature is around 64--F, so the weather is moderate. Household incomes average around $57,145 in Forestdale. Homes are going for about $150,700 on average. The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Does this match your experience? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
