Curious what people think. I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Homes are going for about $324,700 on average. Rent is about $1,694/month for a decent place. The weather takes some getting used to. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The suburbs are where most families end up. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
