Rent vs buy in Forestville -what makes sense?

Hey everyone, Been living here since 2005. Median household income is $93,672, which feels pretty solid for the area. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. I've lived in Riverside for about 3 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's exactly what I was looking for. When I first moved here from Nashville, I was surprised by nightlife. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- The safety scene is underrated

The downsides:
- Limited high-paying job options
- Road conditions need improvement

Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for couples. Good luck with whatever you decide..
