OK so I'm single, late 40s, and Median household income is $103,360, which feels pretty solid for the area. Homes are going for about $323,500 on average. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What do you all think? Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
