Hi all, I work in insurance and Crime rate is something to consider -Forrest City sits at 928.9 per 100K. The median home value here is around $87,800, which is actually reasonable. You can expect to pay around $795 for rent here. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The weather takes some getting used to. Has anyone dealt with this? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
