Why I chose Forrest City over bigger cities

Alright, I work in insurance and The median home value here is around $87,800, which is actually reasonable. The suburbs are where most families end up. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Thanks! The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want safety, then yeah this place is great. But if cultural scene matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is traffic. it exceeded my expectations. Worth doing your research before committing.

As someone who grew up here, it's exactly what I was looking for. A lot has changed in the past few years though. healthcare used to be much manageable but now it's tough.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. No regrets on my end..
