What's it really like living in Fort Branch?

So, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Crime rate is something to consider -Fort Branch sits at 517.6 per 100K. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What are your go-to spots?

Moved here from Miami about 15 years ago. it exceeded my expectations. Still getting used to safety but It's not for everyone but it works for us..
