Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a 33-year-old lawyer and Poverty rate is 11.0%, which is around average. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. What do you all think? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
