Fort Collins vs Auburn — which is better to move to?
My partner and I are deciding between Fort Collins and Deltona for our next move. We care most about:
- Cost of living
- Safety
- Job market (manufacturing)
- Outdoor activities
Anyone who's lived in either or both — which would you choose and why?

For families, I'd recommend looking at Oakwood. Schools are rated well and it's quiet.

The job market has been improving lately. Several healthcare companies moved in recently.

As someone who moved here from Denver, I can confirm most of this. The weather surprised me the most.

If you can afford it, Southside is the best place to live. Period.

Good summary. I'd rate it higher personally — maybe 8/10.

Totally agree with this. I've been here 15 years and my experience is very similar.
