It's a a mid-size city city with about 170K people. You can expect to pay around $1,661 for rent here. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Any advice would be great. Any help is appreciated. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
