First post here. I'm a 26-year-old physical therapist and Median household income is $61,769, which feels about average for the area. Crime rate is something to consider -Fort Dodge sits at 421.3 per 100K. Household incomes average around $61,769 in Fort Dodge. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Anyone in a similar situation? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
