Hey, I've been here for 3 years and It's a a small town city with about 16,124 people. The unemployment rate is 1.7%, which is pretty low. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The city has invested a lot in new development.
