Cost of living reality check -Fort Edward

First post here. I'm single, late 20s, and The unemployment rate is 2.3%, which is pretty low. Poverty rate is 4.5%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $128,200, which is actually reasonable. With a population of 3,160, Fort Edward is a small town. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Does this match your experience? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The city has invested a lot in new development.
