I'm a teacher here and Crime rate is something to consider -Fort Hall sits at 289.6 per 100K. Median household income is $40,757, which feels on the lower side for the area. Homes are going for about $196,000 on average. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Any advice would be great. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
