I relocated for work and Average temperature is around 67--F, so the weather is moderate. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. What would you do? Appreciate any input. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
