Best neighborhoods to rent in Fort Hunt?

Hello, The unemployment rate is 1.7%, which is pretty low. It's a a small town city with about 16,519 people. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Am I wrong here? Looking forward to hearing from you all. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

We moved here with our family and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Schools in Oak Park area are surprisingly good. Kids love it here.

Bought a house here in 2015 and it was the best decision I ever made. Property values have gone up a bit since then.

Moved here from Pittsburgh about 3 years ago. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Still getting used to outdoor recreation but It's not for everyone but it works for us..
