Hey folks, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and You can expect to pay around $1,776 for rent here. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Any advice would be great. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
