Random thought, Rent is about $1,776/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 11.2%, which is around average. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The suburbs are where most families end up. Am I wrong here? Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
