Hi all, I'm single, late 20s, and Rent is about $1,776/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 11.2%, which is around average. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Am I wrong here? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
