Anyone else feel this way? I've been here for 2 years and It's a a small town city with about 8,318 people. Rent is about $1,813/month for a decent place. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What neighborhoods would you suggest?
