Is Fort Lewis good for remote workers?

Random thought, The unemployment rate is 1.1%, which is pretty low. It's a a small town city with about 13,983 people. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Worth the trade-offs? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development. The city has invested a lot in new development.

Weather-wise, the summers are pretty good and winters are growing. You get used to it after the first year.
