Hey folks, Median household income is $127,537, which feels pretty solid for the area. The weather takes some getting used to. What do you all think?

The food scene here is tough. Tons of great craft beer places. I genuinely enjoy living here.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 13 years ago from Chicago and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Older homes are where the value is. We're paying /mo for a 4-bed in Eastside. It's improving for what you get.

Jobs: The market is competitive right now, especially in real estate. If you're in government you might struggle.

People: Generally solid. It took about 3 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: decent. Tons of options if you like Indian.

No regrets on my end..
