Living in Fort Mill -the reality

Hey everyone, Crime rate is something to consider -Fort Mill sits at 103.7 per 100K. The median home value here is around $457,000, which is pretty steep. The suburbs are where most families end up. Cheers. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are pretty good, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

I'm a contractor and I've found it's not perfect but it works for me. The community is decent and there's always something going on.
