Been meaning to ask this. I'm originally from Cincinnati and Household incomes average around $127,537 in Fort Mill. It's a a smaller city city with about 28,281 people. The median home value here is around $457,000, which is pretty steep. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Looking forward to hearing from you all. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
