Things Fort Mill needs to improve

Alright, Homes are going for about $457,000 on average. Crime rate is something to consider -Fort Mill sits at 103.7 per 100K. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. What neighborhoods would you suggest? The food scene here is surprisingly good. The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem challenging.

I've been here 14 years and the quality of life is solid. The thing nobody mentions is dating scene. It's competitive and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the healthcare is legit. And if you're into golfing, this place is pretty good.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The West side vs the South side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Would recommend to anyone considering it..
