What's it really like living in Fort Mill?

Alright, It's a a smaller city city with about 28,281 people. Homes are going for about $457,000 on average. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Should I be concerned?

Used to live on the Cedar Grove side, now on the South side. Completely different vibe. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now.
