Housing market in Fort Mohave right now

Been meaning to ask this. My family moved here when I was a kid. With a population of 15,716, Fort Mohave is a small town. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Am I wrong here? The city has invested a lot in new development.

Weather-wise, the summers are underrated and winters are competitive. You get used to it after the first year.
