Moving from Houston to Fort Mohave next month

Anyone else feel this way? Been living here since 2013. Crime rate is something to consider -Fort Mohave sits at 205.9 per 100K. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

Public transit is solid here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it was the best decision I ever made.

Came here for family and stayed because it was the best decision I ever made. The pet-friendliness is honestly decent and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
