Rent vs buy in Fort Mohave -what makes sense?

Hey, I grew up here but left for a while. Average temperature is around 74--F, so it's warm year-round. Crime rate is something to consider -Fort Mohave sits at 205.9 per 100K. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Any advice would be great. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

Weather-wise, the summers are solid and winters are established. You get used to it after the first year.
