OK so Poverty rate is 12.3%, which is around average. Household incomes average around $62,160 in Fort Myers. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Would love some local perspective. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
