Things Fort Oglethorpe needs to improve

I'm a 39-year-old real estate agent and It's a a small town city with about 10,332 people. The city has invested a lot in new development. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Any help is appreciated. The suburbs are where most families end up. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 9 years ago from Phoenix and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in Eastside. It's better than expected for what you get.

Jobs: The market is pricey right now, especially in engineering. If you're in consulting you might struggle.

People: Generally decent. It took about 17 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: hit or miss. Tons of options if you like sushi.

Good luck with whatever you decide..
