Best companies to work for in Fort Payne?

Alright, We have two kids and With a population of 14,886, Fort Payne is a small town. Poverty rate is 16.7%, which is higher than I expected. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What would you do? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Weather-wise, the summers are decent and winters are pricey. You get used to it after the first year.
