Median household income is $182,165, which feels pretty solid for the area. Homes are going for about $843,000 on average. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Any advice would be great. Thanks in advance! The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The city has invested a lot in new development.
