I'm a 50-year-old project manager and Rent is about $852/month for a decent place. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Worth the trade-offs? Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
