Should I move to Fort Washakie or stay in Dallas?

OK so I'm a remote worker and Rent is about $558/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $97,200 on average. Poverty rate is 29.0%, which is higher than I expected. With a population of 1,345, Fort Washakie is a small town. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The suburbs are where most families end up. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
