Working remotely from Fort Wayne — my experience
I've been working remotely from Fort Wayne for 1 years now. Here's my take:
The pace of life here is perfect for remote work. No crazy commute stress, affordable living, and enough amenities to not feel isolated.
Cost of living: pretty reasonable
Internet: Could be better but workable with a good provider
Coworking spaces: Growing number of options
If you're looking for a place to WFH, Fort Wayne is underrated for remote workers.

For families, I'd recommend looking at Pine Grove. Schools are rated well and it's quiet.

Coming from Dallas, the cost of living difference is noticeable. Groceries and gas are slightly more expensive but housing makes up for it.

Great post! One thing I'd mention is check out the local Facebook groups for neighborhood info. Makes a big difference.
