Best sunset spot in Fort Worth?

Random but

I just moved to TCU area from Minneapolis. I feel like Fort Worth is becoming more expensive without getting better.

I'm paying /mo for a 1-bed in TCU area and honestly is pretty standard. With a population of 941,311, the city has a {city_feel}.

Nightlife is decent if you know where to go. The weather took some getting used to but I actually love it now.

Thanks in advance for any insight.

My experience has been different actually. I found that Grocery prices are creeping up but still manageable.. Maybe it depends on which part of Fort Worth you're in.

Not to be negative but rent prices are getting out of hand. I still like living here overall though. Just keeping it real.

Let me give you the perspective nobody asked for but everyone needs.

I've lived in TCU area, Clearfork, and currently in Camp Bowie. Each one feels like a different city honestly.

Rent comparison:
- TCU area: /mo for a 2-bed
- Clearfork: about /mo
- Camp Bowie: /mo but pretty good

Traffic has gotten noticeably worse in the past year.. The key is finding your neighborhood. Once you do, Fort Worth really clicks. DM me if you want more details.
