Good mechanic in Fort Worth?

Parent of two, been here since 2022. Public transit is basically useless - you'll want a car.
Median income here is around which {inc_feel}. A friend just bought in Ryan Place for K and I'm not sure if that was smart.
Downtown has improved dramatically since I first moved here. I don't understand why more people don't talk about Ryan Place.
