Hi all, Rent is about $1,126/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $1,126 for rent here. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. What neighborhoods would you suggest? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
