Is Fortuna Foothills worth moving to in 2026?

Random thought, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and The unemployment rate is 2.6%, which is pretty low. Has anyone dealt with this?

The food scene here is better than expected. Tons of great Korean places. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now.
