My partner and I are With a population of 28,227, Fortuna Foothills is a smaller city. Poverty rate is 8.3%, which is pretty low. The food scene here is surprisingly good. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. What do you all think? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The city has invested a lot in new development.
