Working in Fortuna Foothills -salaries realistic?

Been meaning to ask this. Average temperature is around 75--F, so it's warm year-round.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a lawyer who relocated here from Austin about 9 years ago. The main reasons were a job opportunity and work.

Pros I've experienced:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Good internet infrastructure
- Strong sense of community

Cons that are real:
- Road conditions need improvement
- Limited shopping options

Financially, we've found it surprisingly good compared to where we came from. It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. Groceries are growing, gas is better than expected.

Socially, it's not perfect but it works for me. Would recommend to anyone considering it..

I've been living here for 14 years and I'd say it exceeded my expectations. The community vibe is surprisingly good compared to other places I've lived. Overall Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

I've lived in North for about 3 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I genuinely enjoy living here. When I first moved here from Seattle, I was surprised by pet-friendliness. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Active local events and festivals
- The food scene scene is surprisingly good

The downsides:
- Winters are long and cold
- Limited high-paying job options

Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for young professionals. Hope this helps!.
