Worst things about Fortuna Foothills nobody talks about

Random thought, I'm single, late 40s, and It's a a smaller city city with about 28,227 people. Household incomes average around $57,583 in Fortuna Foothills. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Thanks for reading. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 10 years ago from Houston and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Lots of new construction which should help. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in North. It's average for what you get.

Jobs: The market is stable right now, especially in healthcare. If you're in finance you might struggle.

People: Generally better than expected. It took about 12 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: tough. Tons of options if you like Mexican.

No regrets on my end..
