Is Foster City a good place to live?

So, I work in consulting and Homes are going for about $1,774,500 on average. The median home value here is around $1,774,500, which is pretty steep. Poverty rate is 3.3%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $3,501/month for a decent place. With a population of 32,964, Foster City is a smaller city. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

Pros:
- Affordable cost of living
- Low crime in most areas
- Strong sense of community
- Walkable downtown

Cons:
- Traffic can be terrible
- Limited public transit
- Hot summers
- High property taxes
- Mosquitoes and humidity
Am I wrong here? The food scene here is surprisingly good. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to. The suburbs are where most families end up. The city has invested a lot in new development. The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
