Freelancing from Fostoria -experience?
Curious what people think. I've been here for 18 years and Am I wrong here? Appreciate any input.

I've lived in Lakewood for about 15 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.
it exceeded my expectations. When I first moved here from Charlotte, I was surprised by school system. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.
A few things worth knowing:
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- Decent public transit for the size
- The traffic scene is improving
The downsides:
- Nightlife is limited
- Limited shopping options
Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for retirees. It's not for everyone but it works for us..
