OK so I'm a college student here and Poverty rate is 13.6%, which is around average. Has anyone dealt with this?

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem excellent.
I've been here 15 years and I have mixed feelings honestly. The thing nobody mentions is food scene. It's wild and it affects daily life more than you'd think.
That said, the pet-friendliness is legit. And if you're into running, this place is improving.
Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Greenfield side vs the Downtown side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
No regrets on my end..

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want dating scene, then yeah this place is great. But if cost of living matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
